All services and  items and products may be  exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Lotion purchases have a 7 day guarantee; if you don’t love it, exchange it within 7 days. Spray Tan Guarantee; If you don’t love your spray re-spray within 48 hours. Some items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable which would include gift cards or packages put on a gift card, and eyewear.
