If canceling an appointment is necessary, we do require a 24-hour cancellation notice.

If you do not cancel 24-hours prior to the appointment time you may be charged for the full service missed.

Pregnant women in the second and third trimester need to consut with a physician before considering services.  Solstice Spa chooses not to massage women in the first trimester.

Persons with heart disease should consult with a physician before considering services.

All reservations are required to be guaranteed on a major credit card. 

In order to give our customers the best possible service, we reserve 15 minutes for new customer consultations, this 15 minutes does not interfere with your time with the Bodywrap Technician or the Massage Therapist.
